NOTICE OF HEARINGS
A public comment hearing in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Tuesday, March 22, 2016, beginning at 7 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Express located at 1076 National Hwy, LaVale MD 21502 concerning Dan’s Mountain Solar, LLC’s CPCN Application. If a settlement is reached in Case No. 9400 prior to that date, an evidentiary hearing will be held on the same date and at the same location and begin at 6:30 p.m. In the event a settlement is not reached, an evidentiary hearing will be held at a later date at the Maryland Public Service Commission, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, Maryland 21202.
